Tap Games Successful presentation of Onlyplay gaming innovations at SBC Summit in Lisbon

(Lisbon, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Christina Muratkina, CEO Onlyplay, granted an interview to SoloAzar, in which she shared impressions about the firm at recent SBC Summit. She is also optimistic about new opportunities for Onlyplay in Europe, due to the evolution of the regulatory framework, contributing to a safer and more attractive environment for players and operators alike.

“Our experience at the recent SBC Summit in Lisbon was extremely positive,” said Christina Muratkina, CEO at Onlyplay. “We strategically placed our booth in a high-traffic area, which ensured maximum visibility and engagement. Visitors could not resist the appeal of our bright pink Piggy and innovative Tap Games, which are truly unique in the gaming industry”.
The atmosphere at Onlyplay booth was constantly buzzing with energy, filled with meetings and enthusiastic conversations with both partners and curious visitors, she remarked. “For three days in a row, we had the pleasure of demonstrating our latest games, receiving incredible feedback and establishing valuable connections. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the gaming community, and we left Lisbon feeling inspired and looking forward to the future.”

What were your expectations before the event and how have they been met?
Our expectations for the SBC Summit in Lisbon were incredibly high. The whole team worked hard, guided by the desire to enchant the audience with our new creations. And we are proud to say that we succeeded! It was especially satisfying to see how our colleagues from other game companies positively recognize the innovations behind our games. Receiving their feedback, both in the form of praise and constructive criticism, was incredibly valuable. Every conference offers a unique learning opportunity, and this one was no exception. It provided us with new knowledge, refined our vision, and at the same time fueled our ambitions to grow, develop, and stand out in the gaming market. This event was also a homecoming for us, as our headquarters is now located in Lisbon. Most of the team was able to attend, which made this event not only a professional success but also a personal one. We had many important meetings and left feeling even more inspired.

How do you see the growth of the gaming market in Portugal and Europe compared to other regions?
The Portuguese and European gaming market is experiencing dynamic growth, driven by both innovation and changing player preferences. Portugal has a unique blend of tradition and modern gaming culture, making it a rich ground for expansion. Europe as a whole is rapidly adopting new technologies, from mobile gaming to more interactive entertainment such as Tap Games, which resonate with a new generation of players looking for more than just traditional slots. Compared to other regions, European players tend to favor variety and immersive gameplay, which pushes developers to think creatively and constantly innovate. In addition, the regulatory framework in Europe is evolving in a way that opens up new opportunities, contributing to a safer and more attractive environment for players and operators alike. It is an exciting landscape for us as we continue to expand our presence in the region while keeping an eye on emerging markets around the world.
What do you think was your most outstanding product that you have presented at this event?
At the SBC Summit, two of our most exciting products captivated the audience, both from our signature Tap Game series. The leader was Fortune Chef Panda, a game with an unbeatable sushi theme. In this delightful game, players help Chef Panda cut ingredients to create the perfect sushi. The gameplay is simple but exciting - players tap on the screen to slice food. The combination of vibrant visuals, charming characters and the fun of helping a panda chef will make Fortune Chef Panda a market sensation. It is a fresh, playful concept that will surely satisfy both sushi lovers and gamers.

We also demonstrated Fortune Knife, a game that takes the excitement to the next level by putting knives in your hands - virtually, of course. It's simple but exciting, and the pleasing sound of each blade making a knife clash keeps players on the edge of their seats. Both games reflect our commitment to creating unique entertainment that is easy and enjoyable to play.

How was the public’s response to your brand/products during the show?
The public's reaction to our brand and products ranged from curiosity to pure delight. Initially, not everyone fully understood how our Tap Games fit into the gaming industry. The mechanics of placing bets and unlocking free spins through tapping were new to many. However, after a few rounds of gameplay, we could see the spark of excitement in their eyes as they began to appreciate the innovation behind it.

One of the highlights was celebrating the incredible success of Piggy Tap™, which has had a stellar year. With over 64% of players returning within the first month and more than 800 bets per session, the game has proven to be a fan favorite. Piggy’s recognition is growing rapidly, and it was wonderful to hear from many visitors who had already seen, heard, or even played Piggy Tap™ before meeting us at the event. Our booth, complete with Piggy's unmistakable charm and bright pink merchandise, was a magnet for attendees who left with both souvenirs and smiles.
We also received tremendous feedback for our upcoming additions to the Tap Game lineup - Fortune Chef Panda and Fortune Knife. These games, which will soon join the collection, generated a lot of buzz. Visitors were particularly excited about Fortune Chef Panda, where players can help the adorable panda chef slice ingredients for sushi, offering a fun and unique twist.
The future looks very bright for Tap Games, and we are thrilled to continue pushing the boundaries of gaming innovation.
